Type of paper

A fairly heavy covertype, antique, finish paper used for the manufacture of photographic albums. It is heavily dyed in a dead shade and is usually made of chemical and/or mechanical pulps. It is characterized by good punching and folding qualities, fairly hard sizing to resist the cockling effects of paste, and freedom from any impurities which might effect photographic prints.
