Constitution And Rules

1. An Office Bearer can only be elected provided he has been in the paper trade for the last five years.
2. An Office Bearer of the Association should only be the Proprietor, Partner or Manager (having general power of Attorney duly attested by Competent Authority in case of the manager) of the member firm and in case of Joint Stock Companies/Corporation its Director or Manager (with general power of Attorney duly attested by Competent Authority in case of manager).
