Constitution And Rules

1. Executive Committee shall meet at such time as they may think advisable and make such regulations as they may think proper as to the summoning and holding of meetings of the Executive Committee and for the transaction of business at such meeting and the record of their proceedings shall be open to the inspection of the members subject to such regulations as the Executive Committee may from time to time make.
2. The President or in his absence the vice-President shall preside over the Executive Committee meeting. In the absence of the President and the Vice-Presidents, the Executive Committee shall choose one of themselves as chairman of the meeting.
3. The President shall have an original and in case of tie, a second casting vote.
4. All acts done at any meeting of the Executive Committee by any person acting as an Executive Committee member shall be considered to have been validly done, notwithstanding that it was afterwards discovered that there was some defect in the appointment of such Executive Committee member, provided such person had been duly appointed and was otherwise qualified to be a member of the Executive Committee.
