Constitution And Rules

1. The Executive Committee will be authorised to ask the General Secretary to notify the members to observe any particular day as HOLIDAY. The following Holidays, as approved by the General Body, will be observed until any change is desired by the General body.
List of Holidays:
1. Republic Day
2. Shiv Ratri
3. Dulehandi and the day on which the Association has its Holy Party
4. Baisakhi
5. Ram Navami
6. Mahavir Jayanti
7. Independence Day
8. Raksha Bandhan
9. Janma Ashtami
10. Bhadav Sudi Panchami
11. Anant Chaudash
12. GandhiJayanti
13. Dussehra
14. Govardhan
15. Bhaiya Dooj
16. Kartik Purnima
Any member not observing the holidays declared by the Association may be called upon to explain and be liable to a penalty amounting to Rs. 100/- per breach. Two notices in one year be issued to the member not observing the Holidays declared by the Association. The membership of such member can be terminated by the Executive Committee if the member fails to satisfy the Executive Committee.
