Constitution And Rules

1. A notice may be given by the Association to any member either personally or by sending it by post to him to his registered address or to the address if any within India supplied by him to the Association for the giving of notice to him.
2. Where a notice is sent by post, service of the notice shall be deemed to be effected by properly posting a letter containing the notice.
3. If a member has no registered address as specified in Appendix 'A', a notice pasted on the notice board of the Association shall be deemed to be given to him on the day on which the notice is so pasted.
