Constitution And Rules

1. The Executive Committee shall forthwith provide a common seal for the purpose of the Association and shall have power from time to time to destroy the same and substitute a new seal in lieu there of and shall provide for the safe custody of the seal for the time being and it shall not be used except by the authority of the Executive Committee and in the presence of the President or Vice President.
2. Deeds, bonds and other contracts made on behalf of the Association and sealed with the common seal of Association and signed by President or Vice President and countersigned by the Hon. General Secretary or the person acting as Secretary shall be considered to have been duly executed on behalf of the Association.
