Every member of the Executive Committee and of any sub-committee. General Secretary and other officers, servants of the Association shall be indemnified by the Association and it shall be the duty of the Executive Committee out of the funds of the Association to pay all costs, losses and expenses which any such member of the Executive Committee, any subcommittee, Hony. General Secretary, or other officer or servants, may incur or may become liable due to any reason or any contract entered into or act or thing done by them as such members, officers or servants in any way in the honest and bonafide discharge of their duties.
