Constitution And Rules
Membership
The membership of the Association shall be open to persons, firms, joint stock companies carrying on their exclusive business in Paper and Board in the Union Territory of Delhi for a minimum period of 24 calendar months and having a place of business and sales tax registration certificate. The firm must be I T. Assessee. The applications may further be asked to satisfy the Association about their standing by such evidence as may be found necessary by the Executive Committee. Executive Committee is empowered to relax the rules by a unanimous vote.
