Constitution And Rules

1. The Association shall be under the management of an Executive Committee which shall consist of 21 members or 1/1 Oth of the total strength of the members, whichever is less.
2. The Executive Committee may co-opt upto four members if they so desire from amongst the members not being candidates defeated at the preceding election of the Association. These will be additional to the elected members as per clause 1 above.
3. The Executive Committee will be elected every year by the General Body in accordance with the Rules and Regulations for election hereunder mentioned.
4. At the first Executive Committee meeting which shall be called and held under the chairmanship of the Returning Officer after the Annual Election, the Executive Committee shall elect from its members, one President, two Vice Presidents, one General Secretary, one Secretary, and one Treasurer to act, as honorary office bearers.
5. The retiring president will not be eligible for re-election as President in the next year. He will however become an ex-officio member of the Executive Committee for the next year but will not vote in the election of new office bearers.
6. No member will be eligible to be elected as General Secretary for more than two terms in succession.
